MultiSource Manufacturing LLC Completes 12th Acquisition since Inception in 1998

MultiSource Manufacturing, LLC is pleased to announce that it has acquired Form Tools, Inc., effective April 30, 2012.  The former Form Tools, Inc. is now operating as MultiSource - Form Tools, out of its existing location in Plymouth, MN.  By the end of 2012, the Form Tools operation will be relocated into other MultiSource locations.

MultiSource is very excited to have found a successful small business with local ownership that places as much value on the importance of its customers and employees as it does, and that has a similar corporate culture and organizational values.  Mark Eriksson was the owner and president of Form Tools, Inc., and Mark will continue working with MultiSource, along with the rest of his team.

In addition to having excellent relationships with a terrific group of customers and a high level of technical proficiency, the Form Tools acquisition brings MultiSource a significant amount of Wire EDM capability and capacity in the production environment.  Form Tools also provides complex CNC milling and turning and other services.  

MultiSource is confident that this change will be as seamless as possible for its customers and employees, and is excited about the opportunities this acquisition will open to customers of MultiSource, and of the previous Form Tools.
