San Antonio Remodeler Appears on WOAI-TV To Answer Viewers’ Home Remodeling Questions

San Antonio, Texas. Jana Ward, a San Antonio remodeler, interior design expert, and owner of Clear Choice Flooring and Design, is scheduled to appear Friday, July 27, on WOAI-TV’s San Antonio Living show with host Shelly Miles. The program airs weekdays from 10-11 a.m.
 
Ward, widely known as The “Construction Chic” for her expertise in remodeling and interior design, has appeared monthly on San Antonio Living for the past four years. She and host Shelly Miles talk about all aspects of home remodeling and interior design.
 
“This Friday, July 27, we’ll begin the segment answering questions about home remodeling sent in by the station’s viewers. We’ve discovered that allowing the audience to ask me questions is one of the things they like best when I’m on the show. I’m really excited about this part of the program because I enjoy helping and educating people about one of my favorite subjects,” says Ward.
 
One of the most popular questions viewers seem to always ask is which home remodeling project brings in the highest return on investment should they decide to sell their home.
 
Ward says kitchen and bathroom remodels bring the highest rates of return – up to 85% for a kitchen overhaul or simple makeover and up to 80% return on investment for an updated bathroom.
 
In the second half of the segment, Miles and Ward will talk about the TV host’s own remodeling project – handled, of course, by Ward and her company. They plan to invite the audience to vote for the paint colors that will be used in Miles’ kitchen.
 
“Viewers and readers of our press announcement who go to my Construction Chic Facebook page (www.facebook.com/constructionchic) and ‘like us on Facebook’ will be registered to vote for the paint colors we’ll actually use in Shelly’s kitchen.  They’ll also be entered to win a special prize. I’ll come to their home and paint 2 rooms of their choice free of charge. We’ll announce the winner on Friday, Aug. 3,” says Ward.
 
Ward, a Certified Graduate Remodeler and Certified Green Professional through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), has nearly 20 years experience in remodeling and interior design. One of the top designers in San Antonio, she has won many of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association’s most prestigious remodeling awards.
