Maryland Anger Management Announces New Website

(Bethesda, MD July 9, 2012) Anger management expert Dr. Joe James has announced the revamping of his website. “The purpose of the new site is to provide an interactive and educational experience for the visitor” explained Dr. James.
 
The new site has features such as quizzes to determine if one has an anger problem and the type of anger personality style that a person uses to express his or her anger. “This is actually an important feature from a clinical perspective.” said Dr. James “The way you treat someone who has a volcanic anger personality is going to be very different than the way you would approach someone who tends to stuff their anger and express it in a passive manner”.
 
Other features on the website include informative articles on topics diverse as the impact of anger on relationships and specific step by step instructions on how to use certain anger management techniques.  Also included are information on when classes are forming for individuals who are ordered by the courts, their employer or simply for personal growth. Dr. James also sees anger management clients on a one on one basis to give them a personalize treatment plan.
 
Finally, the newly revamped site includes a technology which allows the home page to be updated frequently instead of just as a static page. “I wanted to be able to share new information with people as soon as possible or to be able to comment on current events which may involve anger or related topics. This feature also allows for comments from the readers which creates more a community/social network feel to the site”.
