Free Teleclass on The Art of Fermentation at HealthLady.com

(Thursday, July 5, 2012) Ontario, Canada - The healthy lifestyle blog HealthLady.com today announced a free teleclass on the art of fermentation with Sandor Ellix Katz. The class offers practical information on fermenting vegetables, fruits, grains, milk, beans, meats, and includes an in-depth exploration of essential fermentation concepts and processes from around the world.

The teleclass is being held on Wednesday, July 11th 2012 at 8:00pm Eastern (NY) time. (5:00pm Pacific, 6:00pm Mountain, 7:00pm Central).

Fermentation revivalist Sandor Katz claims to have inspired countless thousands to rediscover the ancient art of fermentation. His book “The Art of Fermentation” offers a comprehensive and definitive guide to do-it-yourself home fermentation.
