New online Health TV series offers alternatives to energy drinks, candy and coffee to survive the day.
A new online health TV series called “The Energy Factor”, designed to help people boost their metabolism and get more energy, was recently released free to the public by the National Metabolic & Longevity Research Center.
“An estimated 72 percent of Americans experience daily fatigue,” said Chris Guerriero, host of the show. “So, it’s no wonder energy drink sales have skyrocketed, racking up about 23 billion in sales last year - everybody wants to know, ‘How can I get more energy?”
“That’s why we wanted to offer free online training that gives a solid overview, and step-by-step roadmap to losing weight so ordinary people can get more energy and stop their reliance on unhealthy sugary foods and dangerous energy,“ said Guerriero, “Most people don’t realize the human body was designed to have enough energy to keep going all day without fail… we just have to do a few simple things to make that possible.”
Guerriero believes the good news is that there’s an abundance of healthy, natural alternatives to “bogging down the body” with energy drinks, caffeine, sugary foods and carbohydrates. “And that’s what we’re sharing with the public,” he continued. “The best, proven techniques, tips and secrets that literally anybody can use to keep energy levels consistently high, and body fat levels consistently low"
According to Guerriero, who outlines a number of systematic methods to not only get more energy, but also to boost metabolism and lose belly fat in the free video series now playing at http://EnergyFactor.tv, it’s easier to get a lean body and have more energy than most people it’s easier to get a lean body and have energy to spare than most people believe.
“For example, we all know sweets are the downfall of millions of diets,” he said. “During our free video series, I show people exactly how to cure a chronic sweet tooth and get more energy in easy, practical steps. I also reveal secrets used by Hollywood actors who must look their best at all times.”
One of the basic themes running throughout these free training videos is not relying on one or two techniques to lose belly fat, get a lean body and increase energy levels. On the contrary, boosting the metabolism and achieving your weight loss goals means employing a number of nutritional and lifestyle changes in a systematic way.
“I like to describe the metabolism as a table,” Guerriero said. “Picture a table balanced by just two legs, say diet and exercise. If you remove exercise, the table would literally fall over, right? But if you incorporate 8 to 10 simple techniques, ie: multiple legs – you’ll never have to worry about blowing your diet on a vacation for example, since there are so many other legs supporting your metabolism and keeping it in what I call the ‘fat burning zone.’”
He says that having a powerful, fat-burning metabolism also means not having to workout like crazy every day, or starving yourself on some crash diet. “it also means never having to worry about covering up at a pool party, or how you’re going to look in that bikini this summer, or having enough energy to keep up with the kids or grandkids.”
Guerriero says “The Energy Factor” TV Series of free videos is designed to answer the key question, ‘How can I have more energy, lose weight, and look great’. “In today’s stress-filled society – between work… relationships… traffic… running the kids all over town and preparing dinner – it’s more important than ever to be healthy and know how to get more energy to enjoy life.”
