Owners Lance and Lauren Caron had set a goal several years ago to expand their territory further east in a larger facility with easy access for several surrounding cities, and that’s just what they did.
Resurrection Fitness is a private personal training studio that offers instructional based fitness sessions. They offer one on one personal training sessions, group fitness classes and even nutrition counseling for pretty much all walks of life.
