Sazís Catering Introduces the New Lake Country Division

Milwaukee, WI ó Sazís Hospitality Group expanded their catering service throughout Wisconsinís Lake Country and west to Madison with their newest division ó Sazís Catering Lake Country.
Sazís Catering Lake Country operates out of Western Lakes Golf Club in Pewaukee, where Sazís has been the exclusive caterer for Western Lakes for 18 years. The new division will now cater off premise as well. Chris Wright, General Manager of Sazís Catering Lake Country, has already partnered with the Concord House and Holy Hill Farm Market as their preferred caterer and is negotiating additional locations as far west as Madison.
ďWe are available for casual get-togethers and picnics as well as elegant events and weddings,Ē stated Wright.† ďWeíve been serving the Waukesha/Pewaukee area at Western Lakes, but have had strong interest from companies and individuals for offsite catering in this area and much farther west. This new company will be able to bring Sazís great food to a much broader audience,Ē he continued.
Joe Brueggemann, Catering Director for Sazís, explained further, ďwe will cater for anywhere from† 20 people to 20,000 at homes, companies and a variety of other venues.Ē He continued, ďwe are excited to expand our catering services under Chrisís direction. Chris worked for Sazís Catering in Wauwatosa for five years and then spearheaded our Western Lakes operation for an additional 11 years. The favorable response of the community to Chris and his staff is really the reason for this expanded service. We are thrilled to be able to deliver Sazís to a whole new group of customers.Ē
ďWhen we started the catering service for Western Lakes Golf Club the golf outings were the primary business for us Ė with an occasional wedding or company meeting thrown in,Ē stated Steve Sazama, more commonly known as Saz.† ďBetween the extensive renovations to the banquet facilities and Chrisís excellent leadership, we have expanded the weddings and events portion to around 80% of our business there. So when Chris came to me with the concept of branching out toward Madison and really any place within that range north or south, I thought it was a logical direction for growing the Sazís brand,Ē added Sazama.
