Microsoft Access Consulting Firm Extends and Enhances Functionality for Rockwell Automation

Rockwell Automation, based in Champaign, Illinois, is a nationally recognized provider of manufacturing automation solutions.  One of the key performance indicators used in its internal management process is employee performance on the distribution center floor.   Rockwell Automation did not have an automated way to calculate these metrics based on available data and was experiencing some challenges with the performance metric database application used to consolidate data from various sources and track key indicators.

Rockwell Automation turned to Help4Access to extend the functionality of itsexisting Human Resource Management application to include the calculation of performance metrics from the distribution center floor.  The project also included upgrading the existing solution and providing support for the performance metric database.
