Bruce Matez Esq. is expanding his mediation practice to include Elder Law issues and Estate cases (disputes over wills, powers of attorney, intestate estates, etc.) At this seminar, Bruce gained insight into the various issues that families involved in contested estate cases face as well as issues such medical care, living assistance, long term care, assisted living and nursing facilities, and other issues impacting upon our aging population and their families.
Mediation is a viable and appropriate alternative to traditional litigation of such issues through the court system and can help preserve the familial relationships.
