No Time To Exercise? Try This Simple Flat Belly Blueprint Workout Tip


No time to exercise is an obstacle that stops many people from sticking to an exercise and diet program.  But it’s actually an obstacle that is pretty easy to overcome. 

Gregg Gillies, author of “Flat Belly Blueprint”, and the Body Transformation Blackbook blog says: "A standard answer for most people that don’t work out on a regular basis is that they have no time to exercise.  This is followed by being too tired to workout after a long day of work.  But there is a solution.  Even if you struggle to make exercise a daily habit, this simple strategy can put you on the right path.”

  • Workout first thing in the morning with as little as one exercise, using nothing but bodyweight resistance.

Here are some examples.

  • Roll out of bed and do X number of bodyweight squats (such as 50 or 100 depending on fitness levels!) .
  • Keep track of the time it takes to complete all the reps and try and beat that time next workout.
  • Or, reverse it and do bodyweight squats for 7 (or 15) minutes, resting when necessary.  Keep track of the total reps completed in that time period . Next time, try and do more in that 7 minutes.

Do a different exercise each day for a week and then repeat.

Maybe like this:

  • Monday         Bodyweight Squats
  • Tuesday     Push Ups
  • Wednesday     Burpees
  • Thursday     Jumping Jacks
  • Friday         Jump Lunges
  • Saturday     Jump Rope
  • Sunday         Rest

The key is to MAKE THE DECISION to do a short workout like this first thing in the morning before anything else.

As Gregg states: "Once you’ve done that for a few weeks and exercise becomes the normal thing you do in the morning, you can start doing multi-exercise routines.  You’ll know longer say ’I have no time to exercise’ or ’I have no time to workout.’  Exercise will have become a habit and by getting to it first thing in the morning, you’ll never run out of time in your day.”
