New App ReservaliaFB Allows Users To Reserve A Table Through Facebook

The ability to Reserve a Table through Facebook has now become a reality, thanks to an application that SHOUT Marketing has designed, developed and registered called: ReservaliaFB ®

The Marbella Patio Restaurant is the first establishment in Spain to offer its customers and potential guests the opportunity to book a table through its official Facebook page. This application called Reserva Mesa via Facebook ReservaliaFB ® (Reserve a Table) in its 1.0 version, is unique in the country and has been designed and developed by Shout Marketing.

It is a very intuitive APP, in other words, it is very simple and with great usability. Restaurants guests simply need to select the reservation date, the number of guests and the arrival time and leave their details. Facebook users and potential guests will receive an SMS and a email to their mobile phone and email address, which will both confirm the reservation and also remind of the restaurant’s location through Google Maps.

Through a loyalty programme, customers can also earn points with every booking made, and these points can then be exchanged for dinners, prizes and much, much more. Diners booking a table via Facebook will benefit from special promotions, exclusive discounts and the very best deals.

This application allows restaurant owners to add their own special offers and discounts to Facebook in a manner similar of a very prosperous group buying site or couponing websites.  The objective of this application is to offer a couponing service (group buying website) in which the restaurant itself manages its own discounts and special offers at any given time, and in real time, on a social network with over 18 million users.

Currently the service is available for PC or Mac but a version for mobile devices will soon be available, thereby making restaurant reservations even easier for clients or potential clients.  Within just one week, the application used by the Marbella Patio Restaurant received over 200 visits.
