The North’s premier fishing tackle shop, Ted Carter will be leading the way in customer rewards this summer. Ted Carter is a big name on the banks throughout the North West and even as far as Australia, with customer service being the most important factor of their 51 years of business. Ted Carter has decided to launch a reward card for all customers new and old.
The new reward card called ‘Bait Up’ will allow customer to earn points every time they spend either in store, on-line or over the phone.
Nick Carter: Head of development. “If you’re like me you’ll have a Tesco Club Card, a Nectar Card and god-knows what else, so I’m pretty sure that you get the idea… As a company we pride ourselves on customer service, product availability & knowledge… This is just a small way of saying thank you to our regular customers for supporting us.”
