Realty Executives Tucson Elite Expanding Briskly

Realty Executives Tucson Elite, the fast-growing local franchise of Realty Executives International, recently celebrated the opening of its eastside Tucson office, 6380 E. Grant Rd. The company leased the 2700-square foot eastside office suite in a January transaction executed by CBRE. A March grand opening celebration was attended by Rich Rector, CEO of Realty Executives International, the master franchise based in Arizona.
 
Less than two weeks later, Jeff Murtaugh, designated broker for Realty Executives Tucson Elite northwest office, announced that Realty Executives Tucson Elite has signed a new lease at 6760 N Oracle Road. According to Murtaugh, the new, larger office will provide many more private office spaces than the current Oracle Road office. Relocation is planned for May 1, 2012.
 
Realty Executives is one of the most closely followed real estate brands in the world with 8,042 agents in 525 independently owned and operated offices in 22 countries. Having bought the Tucson franchise only last August, local broker/owners have been on an aggressive track to recruit top producing executives ever since.
 
“The timing couldn’t be better for experienced real estate executives looking for a professional environment designed for them,” said John Dwyer, manager of Realty Executives’ Grant Rd. office. “With more than 25 executives already on board at our eastside office, we’re quickly running out of private office space.”
