Dancom to establish Pakistan’s first WiMAX Network with RedMAX™

Redline and SARCORP bring WiMAX Forum Certified™ products to Pakistan

IISLAMABAD, Pakistan and TORONTO, Canada - June 19, 2006 – Redline Communications, a leading provider of standards-based wireless broadband equipment, today announced that Dancom, a subsidiary of Dancom Malaysia serving more than 150 cities in Pakistan, has chosen Redline’s RedMAX™ products for its nationwide network in Pakistan. Dancom’s WiMAX network is the first commercial WiMAX deployment in Pakistan and is set for launch in July, 2006.
In the first wave of RedMAX™ deployments, WiMAX networks will be established in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad and Multan. These will be followed by WiMAX networks in Quetta, Peshawar, Guiranwala, Sialkot and other regions throughout the country. Redline and its RedMAX products are represented in Pakistan by SARCORP, a leading Technology Solutions Provider.

Among the first to install RedMAX for a nation-wide network is Hrvatske Telekomunikacije d.d (T-HT), a Croatian telecommunications company owned by Deutsche Telecom. The T-HT deployment is being managed by MICROLINK, a distributor and system integrator of wireless communication systems for digital data transmission. RedMAX is also being deployed by Integrated Telecom Company Ltd. (ITC), a licensed data service provider in Saudi Arabia as part of the (U.S.) $22.2 million first phase of its region-wide broadband network.
