Dance Classes in San Francisco Heat Up with “Taste“, as each Night of Entertainment starts with Step by Step Beginning Salsa Dance Classes
DanceSF has new dance classes, in both Salsa and Bachata, starting this Friday at their newest nightclub: ’Taste’, on Friday March 9th at 650 Indiana St. in San Francisco.
San Francisco, CA - DanceSF salsa dance classes are starting this Friday, for beginners at SalsaCrazy’s latest venture: ’Taste’ - A Party with San Francisco Sensibility. This Friday, March 9th, at 7:30, 650 Indiana St. in San Francisco they’ll be stellar, step by step, beginning salsa dance classes for everyone.
With the cities best dance teachers leading beginning dance lessons, in various styles of dance, including salsa and bachata, this event promises to be a dancers dream. In addition, with food trucks, local restaurants, and culinary vendors lining up to sell and sample their goods through games, tastings and interactive workshops, this weekly event promises to draw not only Latin dancers, and those wanting to take dance classes, but also the foodies and big kid game lovers that have come to define San Francisco.
Purveyors scheduled to appear this spring include The Whole Tortilla, Alicia’s Tamales, Rocketfish Sushi, O’Live Healthy, Garden Creamery and many more. Taste party goers will enjoy their foodie adventure in one of the largest outdoor patio spaces in the city starting at 6:30. World renowned dance instructors from SalsaCrazy and DanceSF will show party patrons how to salsa dance starting at 7:30. There’s no partner and no experience necessary. Come join the fun and see what you’ve been missing!
After the classes, each Friday continues with live music starting at 10:00pm. Food and games will start winding down between 11:00-12:00, but the dance party will go until 2:00am.
“We want to create a party for all the senses,” says Corey Raynor, event organizer, and dance instructor “and we also want to teach everyone we can reach how to dance, with truly outrageoulsy fun dance classes. So we’re lining up the best instructors, bands, and DJs to make an amazing Latin dance night for veterans and newbies. But the cocktails and food engage San Francisco’s favorite sense - and our namesake - Taste.”
There will be no cover charge for the outdoor patio, but vendor and activity prices will vary per week, with at least one free activity scheduled each Friday. Entrance to the dance lessons and Salsa party will be $15 at the door, but pre-sale and package discounts are available online.
Taste’s grand opening is on March 9, 2012 at 650 Indiana Street in San Francisco. Special performance from Salsa orchestra Avance starts at 10:00pm. For more information, go to www.TasteFridays.com
