Quality Claims Management Corporation (http:/www.qualityclaims.com) today announced the hiring of Marc Lopez, Michael Williams and Patrick McConnon to support the expansion of Quality Claims’ consumer public adjusting services for Southern California area homeowners and business owners who have suffered property losses. Public Adjusters do not sell insurance or work for insurance companies. They assist policy holders and their insurance companies to make certain the insured is made whole following a loss.


Marc Lopez is the newest Public Adjuster to join the QC team. With more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry and property restoration, he is a font of knowledge regarding local building codes and costs involved in rebuilding and restoring residential and business properties. Fluent in English and Spanish, his most recent position was with Pacific Public Adjusting. Prior to that, he was with R and V Property Management, TSC Restoration and Stemmar Restoration. He is certified in Residential Property Inspection, HVAC and Facilities & Building Systems.


Michael Williams has also joined the team as a General Adjuster, and is responsible for preparing, presenting and negotiating property claims on behalf of homeowners and business owners.  He has undergone extensive industry training, and possesses comprehensive insurance knowledge and real world experience from his time spent as an underwriter, agent and adjuster.   


Patrick McConnon is an Internet Marketing Specialist, and brings his expertise in online communications, SEO, social networking and customer service to Quality Claims. A recent graduate of the University of Connecticut, he is well versed in a range of software, social networks and programming solutions. His prior work experience includes a stint as an Internet Marketing Specialist with Meridian Rack and Pinion, as well as working with LEGO Systems and Automatic Data Processing (ADP).
