Hob-Knob Dismisses Lawsuit Against Zynga

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, January 20, 2012 – Hob Knob, LLC (“Hob Knob”) has agreed to dismiss with prejudice the trade secret case it filed against Zynga in November 2011 (U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida).  Zynga denies all of Hob Knob’s allegations and asserts that the lawsuit was without merit and designed to capitalize on Zynga’s well-known brand and the timing of its December 2011 IPO.  Hob Knob disagrees with Zynga’s assertions.  Zynga has not made any payment or provided any other compensation to Hob Knob.  The parties have no ongoing business relationship and are pleased to have this litigation matter expeditiously concluded.
