Accanto’s Adaptive Customer Service Assurance platform to provide centralized monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting for its growing next generation network in Austria
HELSINKI, Finland, December 29, 2011 - Accanto Systems, a pioneer in Customer Service Assurance solutions for today’s converged networks, announced today that H3G Austria has selected Accanto’s Adaptive Customer Service Assurance (CSA) platform to provide centralized monitoring to its growing 3G and NGN network in Austria.
With its international footprint H3G Austria is a growing presence in the fast-moving world of mobile telecom. To ensure further growth and reduce customer churn in the face of network convergence and increasingly complicated services, it was imperative that H3G Austria monitor not only the network and services, but how the end users were actually experiencing the services. After analyzing multiple approaches, H3G Austria decided to completely upgrade its existing network management system (NMS) to a full-blown Customer Service Assurance platform. Accanto was selected after a thorough evaluation.

With revenue growth of over 50% in the last 12 months, the H3G Austria deployment marks the eighth major customer win for Accanto in the same time period.
