FORT WORTH, Texas – Fans who arrive one hour before tip-off at any of the upcoming Dallas Mavericks and Miami HEAT games at the American Airlines Center and the AmericanAirlines Arena could win round-trip tickets anywhere American flies in the continental United States, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean or gift cards from AA.com if they can provide the secret code word to the American Airlines Road Warrior.
The American Airlines Road Warrior’s picture and the secret code word can be found by logging on to www.aa.com/hoops. The picture and secret code word will be different for every game and can be accessed the day before each game. Beginning Sunday, June 11, an hour before tip-off of game two of the championship series, the American Road Warrior will be outside the American Airlines Center. Fans spotting the Road Warrior simply have to provide the code word to win one of five pairs of round-trip (coach or first class) tickets to anywhere American flies in the continental United States, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean or a gift certificate from AA.com. Miami HEAT fans will have the same opportunity to win prior to game three in Miami.

The Road Warrior is part of American’s “All American Series” campaign that will provide fans of the Dallas Mavericks and Miami HEAT the opportunity to win fabulous prizes. Included in the series of promotions is “American’s Ultimate Fans,” an effort to identify the craziest, zaniest, most fanatical supporters of both teams and reward them with round-trip airfare, ground transportation and tickets to one of the championship games in the city of their favorite team’s opponent. In addition, American Airlines employees will participate in a “Spirit Day” celebration and have the opportunity to participate in a fundraiser to benefit Children’s Medical Center Dallas, Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth and Miami Children’s Hospital.
