JERICHO, NY—(SmallCapNewsRelease)—December 6, 2011, Li-ion Motors, Corp. (OTCBB: LMCO) has announced today that they have entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) to convert 1,000 vehicles from gas to all lithium electric, with the capability of highway speeds and a range of 120 miles.
 
Li-ion Motors has already successfully converted a Pontiac Vibe, PT Cruiser, Mini Cooper, Toyota Yaris and a Smart Car to all lithium electric. The LOI calls for the conversion of two Ford Explorers within 120 days before production of the 1,000 vehicles commence.
 
Li-ion, formed in 2000, has pioneered the advanced development of lithium ion battery technology. With nearly a decade of research and development, the Company has been converting internal combustion cars to all electric all along and is poised for significant growth moving forward.
