Candlestiq Introduces BoardPaq Reading Room with PDF Annotation Support - Secure, Offline Access to Downloaded Board Documents for iPad

Saint Charles, Missouri – November 28, 2011 – Candlestiq today introduced BoardPaq Reading Room. The new Reading Room provides full and secure access to all downloaded meeting documents even if no Internet connection is available. All document types have the same capabilities whether online or offline including annotations for PDF documents.

New PDF annotation support allows board members to mark up documents while preparing for a meeting. Highlight or underline text; search within a document; draw shapes such as rectangles, ellipses, lines, arrows or free-hand shapes; and add sticky notes anywhere within a document.

Pricing & Availability BoardPaq is available immediately by having your board secretary or administrator register an account at www.boardpaq.com and then board members can download the FREE iPad app from the Apple App store.

BoardPaq is a subscription service and is available starting at $299 per month (US only) for up to 10 users. Additional user subscriptions can be purchased for $12.99 per month. BoardPaq includes 10GB of free cloud storage for data and documents.
