Orange launches the 11th edition of its Graduate Programme

WEBWIRE

* The Orange Graduate Programme, created ten years ago, is an attractive recruitment initiative for young graduates with high potential: engineers and/or managers from the best schools around the world. Each year, sixty graduates join the Group in this way to occupy posts with very high levels of responsibility.
* This year’s Orange Graduate Programme recruitment process is starting today with the opening of the online application system and will end in April 2012.

Information about the Orange Graduate Programme can be found on a dedicated web site: www.orange.jobs/graduateprogramme. Eligible candidates can use the online application procedure to upload their CVs and cover letters. All applications must be received before 31 January 2012.

Selected candidates will take part in a multi-step selection process starting with pre-selection tests and followed by a telephone interview for short-listed candidates. The best among them will be invited to an Assessment Center in Paris between 27 and 29 March where they will be able to find out more about the Group and its activities. They will also have the opportunity to talk to former participants of the Orange Graduate Programme and Group managers.
A final recruitment day will take place on 12 April 2012 (interviews for available posts). The successful candidates will take up their new posts between May and November 2012.

During the recruitment period, an Orange Graduate Programme Facebook page will give potential candidates an opportunity to converse with the programme teams - as was the case for the 2011 edition. The Facebook page also lists the dates when they can find out about the Orange Graduate Programme in France or overseas either via forums or presentations about the programme on the campuses of their business or engineering schools.

Joining Orange means integrating a group employing over 170,000 women and men who, every day, support millions of digital customers worldwide. Orange’s networks, products and services are at the heart of the digital world. Through a variety of careers offered by the Group, the women and men at Orange are turning technical challenges into a truly human adventure.
All Orange internships and job offers can be consulted on the Internet or on mobile devices at www.orange.jobs. They can also be consulted using the Orange Jobs smartphone application (available on iPhone and coming soon on android).
