Many years millions of NFL sports fans have had limited options to watch the NFL and NCAA football games on their television.  At one time it was considered a bit of a technological miracle to be able to watch favorite sports teams compete in the toughest leagues in the World in the comfort and security of the living room.

With broadband widths expanding all the time as well as it national coverage who knows where it will lead over the coming years. One thing for sure is that the cable TV receiver is becoming as much a thing of the past as the gramophone, the black and white television and many other gadgets that were part of the twentieth century technology. And the chances are that nobody will miss it.
