Lectrus South Dakota Operation Revises Management Structure

Lectrus Corporation, the leading electrical systems integrator and custom metal enclosure manufacturer, has revised the management structure at its South Dakota Operation.

The responsibilities for managing the daily operations of the plant will be divided among two leaders: Greg Cain and Tim Vavra. These two talented Manufacturing Managers will report directly to the VP/GM Adam Aasen and have responsibility for the direct hourly labor force.

Greg Cain has been promoted to Manufacturing Manager to manage the finish, electrical and paint departments. Greg has been with Lectrus since 1996 and most recently served as a Production Team Lead. He is experienced in all areas of manufacturing and brings a vast amount of product knowledge to this position.

Tim Vavra joins Lectrus as Manufacturing Manager responsible for the fabrication, enclosure, tank and maintenance departments. Prior to joining Lectrus, Tim has 10 years of plant management experience. Most recently he was the Plant Manager for a POET ethanol refining plant. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. His background in process improvement will be a valuable asset to Lectrus.

Lynnette Brady has recently assumed a new position at the South Dakota Operation as Materials Manager. She is responsible for purchasing, inventory and material handling. Lynnette will also report directly to VP/GM Adam Aasen. Prior to becoming Materials Manager, Lynn served as Quality Manager which she will maintain until a suitable replacement is found. Lynn has 17 years of manufacturing experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management. Her experience in the Lectrus quality system will prove to be very beneficial to Lectrus in her new role.
