Cibernet, one of the worlds foremost roaming clearing companies and Combil Solutions, a leading developer of roaming software solutions are delighted to announce their strategic roaming revenue assurance partnership. Combil joins Cibernets Partner Program by offering Combils TAP3ASN.1 Editor tool.
Combil compliments Cibernets roaming revenue assurance portfolio by providing operators with the ability to manage the content of TAP3 and RAP files, the industry standard formats in inter-carrier data exchange.
