Cargill Foundation has donated $383,600 to San Diego Hospice and The Institute for Palliative Medicine to support patient and family care for all ages throughout San Diego County.Known as the model for quality, compassionate care for people facing a serious or life-limiting illness, hospice and palliative care involves a team-oriented approach to expert medical care, with an emphasis on effective pain management, symptom control, and emotional support.“We are tremendously grateful for the Cargill Foundation’s generosity and appreciate their contribution.
