NEW YORK, -- 11/03/2004 -- Image Innovations Holdings Inc. (OTC BB: IMGV) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Image Innovations Sports & Entertainment Inc. has signed a six painting agreement with acclaimed artist, James Fiorentino. The 27 year old, self taught artist is internationally recognized for his unique “photo-realistic style” in watercolors allowing his paintings to come to life as if they were photographs.

The former child prodigy started perfecting his craft at the tender age of 8 and when he was only 15 became the youngest artist to ever have a painting displayed in the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York. The painting of Reggie Jackson, was featured at “Mr. October’s” induction ceremony in August 1993. As a result, Fiorentino was asked by the Hall to paint a picture for permanent display next to the works of internationally renowned sports artists such as Andy Warhol and Norman Rockwell. Currently he has two on display, a painting of former Pittsburgh Pirate great Roberto Clemente and a lithograph celebrating Cal Ripken, Jr.’s 2,131 consecutive game streak. Ken was recently informed by the curator of the Hall that his Negro Leagues piece will be on loan for the next two years in conjunction with an upcoming Negro Leagues exhibit.

In 1994, at the age of 16 he became the youngest artist to ever win the prestigious Beckett’s Annual Sport Art Competition submitting a painting of Hall of Fame pitcher Steve Carlton. The following year, despite expanding the competition worldwide, James repeated the feat and won the coveted award for a second time with a brilliant portrait of the three-time heavyweight champion Muhammad Ali. He furthered his artistic education at Drew University where he earned a B.A. degree in fine arts and was a four year letterman on the school’s baseball team.

The same year Fiorentino received the praises of one of the most demanding taskmasters in all of sports, the late Ted Williams. James was commissioned by William’s Hernando, Florida Hitter Museum to paint a water color collage of the “20 Greatest Hitters” of all time as selected by Williams. The resultant painting, which measures 40 inches by 50 inches, is a masterful display of talent and preciseness. The “Splendid Splinter” was so moved by the painting he praised young Fiorentino by commenting, “It’s absolutely amazing what this kid accomplished, he didn’t miss a detail.”

“We are delighted that we will be able to offer our clients commissioned works from the remarkable pallet of James Fiorentino,” said Philippe Uhrik, vice president of sales “Those unfamiliar with his work will be absolutely amazed when they see not only the brilliance, but the detail he achieves working with water colors.”

Image Innovations Sports & Entertainment currently offers artwork featuring such world renowned superstars as Muhammad Ali, Alex Rodriguez, Cornelius Bennet, Mark Martin, Tiger Woods, Tommy Hearns, Larry Holmes, Joe Montana, Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer.

Uhrik said the Company is currently discussing several potential subjects with Fiorentino.
