Cerritos Infiniti Confirms, Infiniti Announces Sportier 2013 IPL G Convertible

    August 23, 2011 – Cerritos Calif. – Cerritos Infiniti is excited to confirm, Infiniti will double its Infiniti Performance Line lineup of premium performance vehicles with the addition of a new 2013 IPL G Convertible, which was first seen last year’s Paris Motor Show.

    Scheduled to reach the market in spring of 2012, the convertible model follows the IPL G Coupe that went on sale in the States in December of 2010.
“The 2013 convertible is a terrific addition to the Infiniti Performance Line, taking the exciting Infiniti G Convertible to an even higher level,” said Bill Stephens, General Manager.

Infiniti America made the IPL G Convertible announcement at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.  The IPL G Convertible Concept is currently on display there. The IPL G Convertible Concept features unique aerodynamic styling, the dynamic performance of an IPL-tuned V6, exhaust and suspension, 19-inch IPL aluminum-alloy wheels, three-piece retractable hardtop with a level of equipment and performance modifications expected to be shared with the production IPL G Convertible.
