Rapture Web Design feeling charitable in Lincoln

After a successful first half of 2011 Rapture Web Design Lincoln is looking to give something to the community in Lincoln. In a community project taking them away from their comfort zone of website design and search engine optimisation for local businesses, they are organising the sponsored race to be ran by members of the team during October.

Managing Director David Dicken says that it will be of great benefit to the community and company alike, “It will certainly help a couple of our designers shed a couple of pounds! We have enjoyed great success this year and we really want to get more involved with the local community and give something back to the area. We are hoping to gain a good level of sponsorship and hopefully get some of our friends from local businesses involved to.”

It will not be a one off either as David explained: “This has been in he pipeline or a while and has generated a lot of interest from both our designers and customers. We have recently designed a website for Doggy Delight who provide dog walking in Bristol and are planning to organise a joint event with them, hopefully a sponsored dog walk to benefit charities like Dogs Trust, RSPCA and local rehoming centres. It really is something that Rapture Web Design would like to commit to now and in the future, and hope that it continues to generate as much interest.”
