Dr. Corey Hebert to appear on the Lifetime Television Network show, “The Balancing Act“ to discuss the dangers of meningococcal disease

Dr. Corey Hebert, an award winning medical broadcast journalist, and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Tulane University Medical Center, will appear on the Lifetime Television Network show, “The Balancing Act” on August 13th and September 16th, 2011.

Dr. Hebert will explain, in a way that only he can, that everyone who is susceptible to meningococcal disease should be vaccinated. “This is a lethal disease that when contracted, if it doesn’t kill you, will take one of your limbs at the very least.” Dr. Hebert also voiced that, ”Parents just need to have ALL of the CORRECT information about vaccination and once they do, its up to them to educate their family on the pitfalls of not being vaccinated.”
