Scottrade Taps Osborne to Lead IT Security

IT department experiences staggering growth, seeks more than 157 professionals

DENVER AND ST. LOUIS – Chad Osborne was recently promoted to director of information technology (IT) communications and security for online investing firm Scottrade. He will oversee six departments with the core responsibility of ensuring customers can securely and reliably contact the firm via the Internet or telephone.

Osborne joined St. Louis-based Scottrade in 2009 as manager of security operations. Most recently he served as assistant director of IT communications and security.
