Are you in Food Hell?
These days, healthy eating has become a confusing place.
The food industry funds a study on a food item for future marketing. The media reports on the new finding, and then the diet industry hires a celebrity to endorse the product. Oftentimes, these diets do not work over the long-term, and the despair has left what food coach Vianesa Vargas of Capital Food Coaching calls, Food Hell.
“Today, there are more options for weight loss that it is hard to keep up with fact from fiction,” Vargas says. “People are bombarded with marketing messages, fad diets and food available everywhere that it is confusing for many, and complete hell for others who are trying to figure out the basic question – what they should eat,” says Vargas.
Vargas has answered that question with her Company’s first offering, the Food Hell EBook available online at www.CapitalFoodCoaching.com. It is a 30-day guide to help people who have not had success with dieting to lose weight, feel better, and save money on healthy food.
This book is written for the person who has been on several diets in the past and has given up the notion of trying to lose weight. “Food Hell will show them the foods that are impeding their weight loss goals and uncover the truth behind so-called health foods,” says Vargas. She adds, “I don’t care who is singing on a weight loss commercial, or what celebrity is throwing around a football, diets have a 5% success rate – once you come off a restrictive plan, your chances of success are minimal.”
