General Motors to Release its Second Quarter Financial Results on Aug. 4


DETROIT – General Motors Co. (NYSE: GM) will announce its second quarter 2011 financial results on Thurs., Aug. 4 at approximately 7:30 a.m. EDT, with a press release and financial highlights available on the company’s Investor Relations website in the Earnings Release section, as well as on, which is GM’s media website.
