Hotel du Pont Receives 2011 Achievement of Excellence Award at American Culinary Federation National Convention

The Hotel du Pont in Wilmington, Del., is proud to be one of the 23 establishments in the U.S. to receive the Achievement of Excellence Award at the 2011 American Culinary Federation National Convention held in Dallas, Texas, on July 22.

Founded in 1929, the ACF is the nation’s premier organization of professional chefs with more than 225 chapters nationwide. The ACF Achievement of Excellence Award recognizes food service establishments that exemplify a commitment to excellence. Award criteria include being in operation for at least five consecutive years and being a recognized industry leader.
