Mens Skin Care Gets The Thumbs Up From the Ladies

Mens skin care has seen significant growth over recent years and now appears to be getting the thumbs up from the ladies. Specialist mens skin care company Dryhide has noticed a familiar comment from its male customers stating “the wife uses it” when purchasing their men’s moisturiser.

Historically, men have been slower than women to catch on to the benefits of utilising a daily skin care routine, with men occasionally pinching a bit of their partner’s moisturiser. In today’s image conscious society and with men trying to keep a younger appearance for today’s competitive workplace, mens skin care is becoming a booming market.

With this rise in demand, more cosmetic and beauty companies are introducing specialist men’s ranges to keep pace with this need for men to look good. “The skin care industry has had to work really hard when producing men’s ranges in order to produce skin care products for men that actually deliver a significant improvement to their skin” says Neil Jagger from Dryhide. “Men have always been more sceptical than women when it comes to skin care and so when men start using a product it needs to be of great quality to convince them to make it part of their daily routine along with shaving”.
