Ms. Dykman brings broad expertise in facility maintenance and construction and proven experience in implementing growth and scalable operating processes.

Prior to joining Expert JMS, Ms. Dykman held a number of senior management positions in the industry, most recently as Executive Vice President at Global Facility Management & Construction. Earlier in her career, she served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Whelan’s International, a Long Island-based facility maintenance company sold to US Maintenance.
