Paris – NYSE Euronext today announced the listing on NYSE Alternext in Paris of Group, a leader in Internet advertising.

Founded in 2004, Group has built an Internet advertising business through a service providing free downloadable software tutorials and other content. The Group publishes the websites and Since early 2010, it has been developing a contextual analysis tool designed to deliver advertising displays that are targeted to each user in real time. Group (ticker code: ALTUT) was listed through the admission to trading of 3,030,000 existing shares plus 545,400 new shares issued under a Global Offering (*). The Global Offering raised a total of €3.5 million.

The admission and issue price of Group shares was set at €6.33. Market capitalization stood at €22.6 million on the day of listing.
