Parsons Appoints Grebbien as President of its Water & Infrastructure Group

PASADENA, CA – Parsons announces the appointment of Virginia Grebbien as President of Parsons Water & Infrastructure Inc. (PWI), a primary business unit of Parsons Corporation. PWI provides customers worldwide with full-service engineering, construction, and management services in water, wastewater, and infrastructure development. In her new role, Ms. Grebbien will be responsible for the business unit’s global operations, including sales and marketing.

Ms. Grebbien joined Parsons in 2008 and has 25 years of experience in both the public and private water sectors in North America and the Middle East. Her particular areas of expertise include water resource management; water treatment, conveyance, and storage; groundwater management; desalination; and water reuse. She also brings a plethora of skills to this position from strategic customer development, business development, and project development, to project management and water utility general management. In addition, she has financial experience in large organizational budgeting, rate setting, project financial planning, municipal bond financing, and project finance on the private sector side. Over the course of her career, she has developed large local water supply projects, grown organizations, and led numerous government legislative initiatives.

Ms. Grebbien is a registered professional engineer in the state of California and she holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Over the course of her career, she has served on the boards of numerous industry organizations. She is based in Parsons’ Pasadena, California, corporate headquarters.
