Blue Arrow Hits the Mark with Long Service Awards

Blue Arrow are now using Love2reward as their provider of long service awards and employee incentives.

Blue Arrow is one of the UK’s largest recruitment businesses, dedicated to providing bespoke staffing solutions through a network of over 100 specialist branches and on-site locations. The business provides an extended range of permanent and temporary recruitment services to a variety of public and private sector clients.

According to Patricia Davies, Training and Communications Executive, “People appreciate being recognised by the company and we believe it’s important to publicly mark special anniversaries such as long service. And when presenting an employee with a reward, it’s important that you give them something that is relevant and aspirational. With some 370 staff dispersed around the country, administration is simplified. “We get the value added to the card which, typically, would be £10 per year of service. The Love2choose card is sent with a personalised message from the MD and managers then present the card to the recipient at a group meeting to celebrate the occasion.” So far 82 personnel have been rewarded for long service, including those who have served 5, 10, 15 and 20 years with the company.
