New York, — Derrick Horner has been named Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Vibrant, the world’s leading provider of contextual advertising solutions. In this new role, Horner will be responsible for Vibrant’s global legal activities and will be the primary interface to the company’s outside counsel. “Derrick has a great understanding of our business and he will help power our growth and the value we bring to our 250 million unique users and 6,000 premium publishers,” said Doug Stevenson, CEO of Vibrant. “His extensive digital and legal background and experience as general counsel at a number of well-respected companies makes him a perfect addition as we continue to set the standard for contextual technology solutions.”
