Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) will feature the InfiniiVision 2000 and 3000 X-Series oscilloscopes at the ASEE Annual Conference and Exposition, June 26-29, at the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre (Booth 529) in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

“The InfiniiVision 2000 and 3000 X-Series oscilloscopes were specifically designed with the educator in mind,” said Doru Popescu, U.S. marketing program manager, Agilent’s Electronic Measurement Group. “A teaching lab can be quickly and easily set up or upgraded with the new scope’s training kit, which includes built-in training signals, lab guide, and an oscilloscope fundamentals slide set.”

Agilent InfiniiVision 2000 and 3000 X-Series Oscilloscopes are priced and configured for the education lab environment. Engineering students can:

* See more signal more of the time with the industry’s fastest waveform update rate.
* Do more with the power of four instruments in one: scope, logic analyzer, function generator and protocol analyzer.
* Get more investment protection with the industry’s only fully upgradable scope, including bandwidth.

Agilent will demonstrate the latest university teaching solutions, which include an integrated curriculum, complete with the latest test and measurement equipment, instructor’s guide, training kits and lab worksheets.

The Agilent B2900A source/measure units is ideal for any educators’ materials lab. The B2900A features wide voltage/current ranges and superior performance at modest prices as well as an intuitive graphical interface with the industry’s first color displays. The B2900A excels at fast, simple current-versus-voltage characterization of semiconductors, active/passive.

TestEquity, an Agilent distribution partner, will show a broad set of low-cost Agilent instruments for engineering lab environments, including the new Agilent U1230 Series handheld DMMs. These digital multimeters deliver greater measurement accuracy, broader frequency coverage and wider test ranges.

Education customers who purchase one or more new InfiniiVision 2000 or 3000 X-Series oscilloscopes receive a complimentary industry-exclusive WaveGen built-in 20-MHz DSOX2WAVEGEN function generator or a DSOX3WAVEGEN function generator and a complimentary Educator’s Oscilloscope Training Kit per oscilloscope.

An Agilent InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series oscilloscope will be raffled off during the conference at Booth 529.
