Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) Launches Orange County Chapter Creating a Culture of Risk Awareness
June 1, 2011 – In the event that was held on May 26, 2011 at the Pelican Hill Resort, Newport Beach, CA. Peter J. de Marigny, Co-Director for GARP’s new Chapter, delivered an intriguing analysis of A Risk-Driven Paradigm for Cash Management. The presentation was sponsored by Renovatio Asset Management in Newport Beach.
The crowd attending ranged from recent post graduates to seasoned Risk Managers from both the government and private sectors. At the conclusion of the presentation all attendees enjoyed the tremendous view of the Pacific Ocean while snacking on the fabulous hors d’oeuvres and enjoying drinks from the Terrace at the Pelican Hill Resort.
