Fitness 4 Less Announces Exciting New Offerings Including DotFIT Supplements and Personalized Fitness & Nutrition Program
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS—May 11, 2011—Fitness 4 Less, which opened its first location in Fayetteville earlier this year, is excited to now be offering DotFIT supplements and an online personalized fitness and nutrition program for its members.
The DotFIT program is complimentary for all members and enables them to set goals and easily track and monitor their progress through a convenient online portal. After entering a few key pieces of data, the DotFIT program allows members to understand exactly how many calories they need to consume and burn each day in order to meet their goals. It also provides Fitness 4 Less members with an easy-to-use food logging system, an activity tracking system, healthy recipes, exercise plans and more.
Fitness 4 Less members can also purchase their supplements right at the club. The Fitness 4 Less training staff is educated on the DotFIT program and can provide consultations to ensure that members are choosing the right supplements to meet their fitness goals. Consuming the proper nutrients at the right time is critical to maximizing results and DotFIT is the only program in the market backed by NASM, the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
“We are pleased to now be offering a complete line of DotFIT supplements and products that will complement our members’ fitness goals and enable them to enjoy a healthier lifestyle. Proper nutrition is critical for any exercise plan to work. Many people are unaware of their caloric intake. The DotFIT food logging system will make our members much more aware of the food choices they are making,” said Michael Maynard, Co-Owner of Fitness 4 Less.
Fitness 4 Less has also started offering nutrition classes free of charge for its members. “So many people come to us frustrated that they are working out every day and still not reaching their goals. The first question we ask them is to tell us about the foods they are eating. Many people don’t realize that in order for a program to work effectively, it must include a work out plan and a meal plan. Our nutrition classes are just another way for us to educate our club members,” said DeWayne Benson, Co-Owner of Fitness 4 Less. Information on upcoming nutrition classes is available at the Fitness 4 Less front desk.
Fitness 4 Less also recently expanded their RPM studio by purchasing 10 new body bikes. They offer several RPM classes throughout the week at convenient times including mornings, evenings and weekends.
