Teradata Opens Global Consulting Center in the Philippines

Enabling Teradata customers to deploy business intelligence solutions on-time and on-budget

MANILA, Philippines — Teradata Corporation (NYSE:TDC) today announced the official opening of its first global consulting center in the Southeast Asia region. Located in Manila, Philippines, the center is part of a global consultancy, which assists customers to build more agile, profitable companies supported by Teradata’s data warehousing and analytic business intelligence solutions.

“The Philippines is an excellent choice for our first Teradata Global Consulting Center (GCC) in Southeast Asia,” said Robert Cromer, vice president, Professional Services Americas Region, Teradata Corporation. “The availability of a highly-talented workforce with excellent English language skills will further enable Teradata customers to deploy business intelligence solutions on-time and on-budget.”

Teradata Consulting Services professionals offer Teradata solutions and technology to hundreds of customers in a wide variety of industries worldwide. Each industry faces its own unique regulatory and business challenges and Teradata consultants offer broad and deep expertise — and the ability to tailor best-of-breed technology solutions to a company’s specific business needs. Some of the consulting capabilities include: system design, architecture, implementation, and optimization. By the end of the year, Teradata plans to fill the many positions with local consulting professionals. They will be headquartered in the Bonifacio E-Services building, Crescent Park West, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, one of the premier central business districts in the country.
