ERUNIX Buys Web Publishing Company iZonePub

ERUNIX, LLC. said it has acquired startup web publishing company iZonePub for an undisclosed amount, as the agency aims to enter the web publishing business in mid summer 2011. Financial terms of the deal weren’t given.

ERUNIX said the acquisition of iZonePub will allow it to “use and establish web traffic for new and/or established publications, without the need to start from scratch.”

iZonePub began publishing websites in 2009 with one of its biggest traffic builders: themodernjeweler.com. Since 2009 iZonePub has published a total of 7 websites in various categories including jewelry, golf and traveling; generating over 150,000 unique web visitors per month.
