ABC Television Network and America Online Team Up to Give ’’Desperate Housewives’’ Fans Weekly Episode Recaps Exclusively on the AOL and AOL.com Services

NEW YORK & LOS ANGELES -- February 8, 2005 -- ABC and America Online today announced that they have teamed up to deliver fans of the number one new hit series “Desperate Housewives” weekly online recaps of the show the morning after it airs, exclusively through the AOL service (AOL(R) Keyword: Desperate Housewives) and the AOL.com(R) Web site (tv.channel.aol.com/housewives).

Each Monday following a new episode of the show, fans will be able to watch three- to four-minute recaps of the previous evening’s episode, as well as a preview of the upcoming week’s episode. Morning-after recaps will be offered through the show’s season finale, and they will be archived for viewing through September 2005. Over the course of the season, fans will also be able to enjoy “Best Of” videos, highlighting the season’s best moments. They can also customize their AOL(R) Instant Messenger(TM) (AIM(R)) experience with Buddy Icons featuring images of each of the “Housewives.”
