SC Johnson Mexico Wins Socially Responsible Award
Subsidiary Earns Honor for 11th Consecutive Year
Racine, Wis., – SC Johnson Mexico has been recognized again with the Socially Responsible Company Award from the Mexican Center of Philanthropy – Centro Mexicano para la Filantropía (CEMEFI). This is the 11th year in a row the subsidiary has received this award and SC Johnson Mexico is one of only 10 companies in Mexico that have received this recognition 11 consecutive years.

The CEMEFI selects honorees based on candidates’ policies and programs in four areas: business ethics, commitment to the environment, employees’ quality of life in the company and contributions to the community. Among the companies that have won the award 11 years in a row are Walmart, Coca-Cola, Hewlett-Packard and Shell. The Socially Responsible Enterprise Award program was established in 2001.
