Top Retail Facility Maintenance Company Announces Key Appointments to its Growing Repair & Maintenance Team

KNOXVILLE, TN (April 1, 2011) - Expert JMS, a leading North American provider of facility maintenance services, is pleased to announce the appointment of several key individuals to its growing Repair & Maintenance team.


David Larson joined the Company in July 2010 as Director of Sales. Mr. Larson has over 28 years of experience in outsourced facility maintenance, including ten years with Whelan’s International (now USM) in both sales and operations roles.

Margaret Martin, Expert JMS’ Director of Repair & Maintenance, joined Expert JMS in September 2010. Ms. Martin has over 20 years of experience in the outsourced maintenance, manufacturing and finance industries. Prior to joining Expert JMS, Ms. Martin was a client-facing dispatch manager at Whelan’s International (now USM), supervising a team of 25 personnel in dispatch and quality control operations.

Gary Bernhardt joined Expert JMS in October 2010 as its TIME(TM) Operations Manager. Prior to joining Expert JMS, Mr. Bernhardt served as an Operations Manager at Whelan’s International (now USM) with responsibility for the Home Depot EXPO and Wetseal accounts.

Pam Herzel joined the Expert JMS’ team from Global Facility Management & Construction in December 2010 as a Demand Services Account Manager, and from 2001 – 2010 served in customer-facing roles at Whelan’s International (now USM).

Jayme Bachrodt joined the Company as a Demand Services Account Manager in December 2010. Ms. Bachrodt has a cumulative twelve years of experience in property management, specializing in contract negotiations, recruitment and project implementation.

Robert Berg joined the Company in February 2010 as a Director of Sales. Mr. Berg has over twenty years of property management experience at the executive level, o verseeing retail, healthcare and mixed-use facilities.
