Retail Marketing Firm Hires New Staff Accountant

Retail Marketing Firm: Southeast Media, a full-service integrated communications and retail marketing firm, announces that Deisy Alanis has joined the company as staff accountant. In this position, she will be responsible for assisting with accounting, billing, payroll, and human resources.

Ms. Alanis joins Southeast Media from Banamax where she ran branch operations and assisted clients with banking needs. For six years, she was employed as the bookkeeper at Choy’s Flowers & Ikebana and performed monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations. Prior to this, she worked for Workman Tax & Accounting Services as the office manager and prepared financial statements, tax returns and payroll records. “I enjoy working with numbers and people,” states Ms. Alanis. “Working for a retail marketing firm will give me the opportunity to apply my business skills, expand my knowledge base and connect with a variety of people.”
