HP Names Tracy Keogh Executive Vice President of Human Resources

PALO ALTO, Calif.,----

HP today announced it has appointed Tracy Keogh to serve as executive vice president of human resources, effective April 25.

Keogh will report to HP President and Chief Executive Officer Léo Apotheker and lead the key global human resources initiatives and people strategies needed to deliver the most value to the company’s more than 320,000 employees worldwide.

“Tracy brings to HP not only a deep expertise in human resources and people development, but also a passion for unleashing the potential of great talent,” said Apotheker. “I am thrilled we can bring in a leader of Tracy’s caliber and experience to fill this critical position.”

Keogh has more than 20 years of leadership experience that spans beyond driving global HR strategy and talent initiatives to include operations, sales, marketing and consulting for a number of organizations. Most recently, she was senior vice president of Human Resources at Hewitt Associates, where she created an award-winning virtual learning and development network, implemented a disciplined global succession planning process and designed a comprehensive program that improved employee engagement globally.

She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Smith College.

Keogh succeeds Marcela Perez de Alonso, who is retiring from HP.
